Help Us, Help You: Community Needs Assessment
Have you ever wanted a clinic closer to your community? Maybe you think a library would help your children? Do you want more community projects?
LAMB Foundation will be conducting a needs assessment, focusing on your community, and would like to request your participation in a group discussion. Your input would assist with the development of a healthcare clinic and community center in the Moores community that will be accessible to all surrounding neighborhoods. Questions will include emphasis upon needed healthcare services and any access issues community residents may face. It will last no longer than 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
Based on what learn we will be in a better position to address the critical issues in health and community development.
Current Schedule for Needs Assessments in February are:
- Moores Primary School: Tuesday, February 9, 2016 (3 PM) at the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) meeting.
- Rock River Primary School: Monday, February 29, 2016 (4 PM) at the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) meeting
- Bird’s Hill Seventh Day Adventist Church: Saturday, February 13, 2016 (6 PM) after church
- Rock River Seventh Day Adventist Church: Saturday, February 20, 2016 (6PM) after church
