Community Needs Assessment now available online!!

Thank you to everyone who made it out to our needs assessments at Moores Primary School, Rock River Primary School, Rock River SDA and Bird’s Hill SDA in February.

There were several individuals that inquired about participating if they missed the meeting, were on vacation or past residents. So, we have now launched the questionnaire online. Please take 5-10 minutes to fill out as much as you can. Everything will be anonymous and confidential. Your input is appreciated.
