Program Specialist Application

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading year round activities for the scholarship programs
2. Recruit/outreach to scholarship applicants and schools each year
3. Manage scholarships application review process including forming review panel
4. Disclosure of scholarship winners, and distribution of scholarships
5. Update for LAMB Foundation website related to scholarships
6. Lead fundraising activities for scholarship programs
7. Recruit and manage volunteers each year

Evaluations:

1. At minimum monthly meeting with Committee Manager
2. Quarterly meeting updates with LAMB Foundation Board
3. Quarterly evaluations of progress

A stipend will be provided for the lead that is chosen.

3. Manage athlete and community sport application review process including forming review panel
4. Disclosure of application winners, and distribution of funds/support
5. Update for LAMB Foundation website related to athletics
6. Lead fundraising activities for athletics programs
7. Recruit and manage volunteers each year

Evaluations:

1. At minimum monthly meeting with Committee Manager
2. Quarterly meeting updates with LAMB Foundation Board
3. Quarterly evaluations of progress
